Aviators Field was announced on 15 February 2019 as a named future suburb in Point Cook South. It has not been approved for delivery — its precinct structure plan has not commenced and it currently sits outside the VPA Business Plan, in Horizon 3 of Victoria's ten-year greenfields plan (2029/30–2033/34).
That makes this a long-term land-banking story, not a release. Dwelling yields, densities, school sites and open space will all be set by the future PSP.
